• Service bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
• Prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
• Cancellation fees may apply if a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

Compliance and liability

• Vezo Energy ensures all services are conducted in accordance with industry regulations.
• We are not liable for any compliance failures due to incorrect or withheld information provided by the client.

Limitations of liability

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service delays or failures.
• Any claims must be reported within 14 days of service completion.
